What is most significant in achieving a healthy body system and a healthy physique?
Lesson Objective : To teach the class certain types of stretches and exercises for different areas of the body.
Sponge : Ask the class as individuals how much they exercises in a monthly span
Introduction : Introduce myself, my project and how it relates to my EQ
Body 1: Start with stretches, while explaining why they are so important
Body 2: Have the class pair up so they are able to help and motivate each other
Body 3: Start doing the exercises while explaining them how to do and the importance of the exercise and any additional information
Check For Understanding: Watch the students as they do the exercises and stretches. Also, they should feel each exercise in one specific area.
Conclusion: Tell the class why I thought this was important and hoped they enjoyed my presentation
