Question : What was most challenging to do in this first presentation and why?
Answer : The most challenging to do in this presentation was to pick a topic to talk about in the amount of time that was given to us. It was hard for me because I felt like there was much more I can say but because of the time alotted I felt like I had to rush!
Question : What is the difference between the literal and interpretive in your presentation?
Answer : The literal in my presentation was the facts I learned and research about the history of Cardio Kickboxing. The Interpretive was more about the opinion and answers of Cherry Pumadameira, the person I interviewed. Even though Cherry has been teaching Cardio Kickboxing for a long period of time she does have her own opinions and not everything is a fact. Also, I made a connection with some of the questions she answered which is why I did a presentation on the main ones.
Question : What will you take from this and apply to future presentations?
Answer : I will apply and learn that I need to be more versitle in the way I present my visuals. Also learn how to be more interactive with the audience. Not let my nerves get to me :D: !

Plan A :D!
What am I teaching?
- I want to teach the typical Cardio Kickboxing class as well as what people thought of the class after they took it.
Objective
- For the students to have a well detailed video of how a class looks like and the end result of it.
Procedure
1. Do an introduction as to my topic and what I hope to accomplish by the end of the presentation
2. Show them different clips and videos of what exactly you do in the class and explain which moves are which. Also, to whether it relates to the yoga, kickboxing, aerobics or warm up routine.
3. Finish :D!
How do I know they understood?
- Ask them questions verifying they understood what each move was and what type of exercise it related to.
Resources
- Cut clips from videos on YouTube or possible film it myself if the Cardio Kickboxing teacher lets me :x
Plan B :D!
What am I teaching?
- The history of Cardio Kickboxing and why it has become so popular.
Objective
- Let the class know how Cardio Kickboxing improves your health, self eestem, confidence, balance, flexibilty and physique
Procedure
1. Explain a minor part of kickboxing (since thats where cardio originated from)
2. Go into the history of Cardio Kickboxing and how it became popular
3. Go into the anatomy and tell them how it works out certain muscles are worked out with certain warmups or exercises that are taught in a class
4. Maybe bring up people to demonstrate :o?
5. What I learned by my interview person (Cherry Pumdameira)
How I know they understood?
- By participating, showing interest and also by pointing out the exact parts you work out not by just telling the class.
Resources
- Interview questions and answers, research and videos :D

Question: Whom did you choose to interview?
Answer : I'm trying to get into contact with the Cardio Kickboxer teacher at the Red Dragon near my house.
Question: Why did you choose to interview this person?
Answer : The reason why I chose this person because I think interviewing a teacher who has a couple years of experience would be a good start.
Question : We've given you your first five questions. What else will you ask?
Answer : I would mostly ask them about the Cardio Kickboxing class and what should I expect, how is it like to teach a class, health benefits, different levels and the best gear to wear while taking the lessons.

Question: What is your topic?
Answer: My topic is kickboxing.
Question: Why?
Answer: I chose kickboxing as my senior project because I think it would teach me to have discipline and strength. Also, it would make my family feel more secure knowing that I can protect myself. Lastly, I chose kickboxing because I want to be fit and do something that I would enjoy both learning and doing.
Question: What do you hope to accomplish by studying this topic all year?
Answer: I hope to accomplish a lot with this project. I want my family to feel like the "baby" of the family can protect herself, for me to feel more safe knowing I can protect myself, to learn more history about kickboxing instead of just seeing it as a form of fighting and protection and being in better shape.
