Question : How have you become an effective learner?
Answer : I have observed Sherri teach the class 2 different times showing two routines. during one of the classes I took notes of the class and wrote down the techniques, combinations and songs that she used to motivate the class.

Question : Ways to improve
Answer : The ways I can improve is to maybe help teach the class, such as the floor exercises which would be the easiest part to conduct. Also, I can help conduct the warm up which is quick stretches using her usual routine. Other then that, I have done the set ups for her, clean up the room and also learned to do the sound equipment. So I would have to talk to her on ways that I can help her.
